Summer Treats: Seasoned Summery French Fries
This is the second recipe that I am offering you all out there in web land. Today, I am going to tell you how to make a simple summery treat; this one’s rather inexpensive too! We are going to make zesty cheesy french fries. These are the ingredients you need from your local grocer: 1 bag of frozen french fries (Orida or the non-name brand, doesn’t matter); salt; pepper; garlic powder; mozzarella cheese; lemon juice. Here’s what you need to do: Spread the frozen fries out on a baking tin; lightly sprinkle the garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the french fries; BROIL them until they’re golden brown; sprinkle the lemon juice over the fries right after the browning process; slice your cheese thinly; place the sliced cheese all over your golden brown fries; melt moderately. Ta-da, you have zesty summery fries. Put some ketchup in a fancy bowl and share with your surfer friends or by the pool’s side. Feel free to substitute the mozzarella cheese with a cheese of your choice; perhaps you want to use a sharp cheddar or a yellow or white american cheese. You may also want to melt a combo of cheeses or even try to melt some provologne. “Yummy-yum,” your friends will proclaim!
